In this PSP tutorial I used the artwork of Eskada purchased at PicsForDesign

Drop shadow to elements of choice
*~ Let's get started ~*
1. Open new Image 725 x 700 px transparent
Flood fill white
Open background C/P
2. Add elem 44 ~ 75% to bottom left,duplicate, move to upper right
Add elem 47
elem 23 ~ 80%
elem 10 ~ 85%
elem 36 ~ 50%, duplicate & rotate right 25 deg, duplicate & mirror
arrange the above 3 flowers as per reference tag
elem 34 ~ 25%
Using Mura Meister Copies, setting Spiral: #20, Shift X - 70, Shift Y - 70
3. Open tube of choice, resized C/P
Add elem 2 ~ 12%, duplicate to get as many as you wish & arrange
behind main tube
Elem 6 ~ 25%, C/P behind main tube
Elem 6 ~ 20% C/P in front of tube
Elem 25 ~ 30% rotate 85 deg to right, duplicate & mirror
Elem 37 ~ 20% C/P above main tube
Elem 15 ~ 12% C/P on ladder
Elem 14~ 15%
4. Add wordart of choice or the one supplied
Add copyright, license, url & name
Delete white background layer
Merge visible, crop merged opaque
and save as a PNG.
