Font for name ~ Desire Basic Regular

1. Open new raster image 700 x 700 px

Flood fill white

NRL ~ selections ~ select all

paste El 135 'into' the selection. d/s

open & apply WSL_mask236. Merge group.

2. Open word art supplied.

Add NRL, flood fill white.

Move below word art layer.

select word art layer, select all, float, defloat, expand selection by 2 px

invert selection.

Now select white layer & press delete.

Merge these two layers together.

Resize 75%

C/P slightly to left of tag

El 24 ~ 25%, to left of tag

El 70 ~ 40%

El 26 ~ 40%

El 004 ~ 10% place to right of Jester

El 133 ~ 12% place to left

3.  Open el 120

draw a selection around the bird only

using freehand selection, point-to-point

copy selection, paste onto tag

resize 25%, place on right side of tag next to frog

duplicate bird, mirror, place next to teddy bear.

Apply sharpen to all the elements:

using Adjust ~ sharpen ~ unsharp mask setting as below:

radius 1, strength 60, clipping 2, luminance only checked

Dropshadow all the elements in tag with 1/1,45/5 blur #253337

except for element 26. Instead of D/S,

duplicate this element. On original  el 26 layer ~ use blur ~ gaussian blur of 1

merge these two balloon layers together

(this effect gives a very subtle dropshadow, especially

for delicate elements)

4.  Add copyright, url, & name. Delete white bg.

Merge visible, crop merged opaque, save as a png.
