A CT tag I wanted to share with you.

The PTU kit is by Kathy's PSP Designs

Writing a tutorial for this tag
would be long-winded as I colourized
the animation to match the mist on the witch's cauldron
and tweaked the cauldron itself.
My goal was to make the tube appear ghost-like.
Love the result.
