Precious Angel

 

In this PSP tutorial I used the artwork of Nocturne

available for purchase at Pics For Design

Anyone wishing to use the same image in their own personal creation

must have the proper license for that image

Plugin: Xenoflex - Constellation

Font Switzerland Calligraphy

Open new image 710 x 655 px transparent

flood fill white

Open element 88 resize to 690 px wide

C/P

Open element 50 C/P

Add a new raster layer, select All

Open paper 6, copy

paste 'into' the selection. Deselect

Select the layer with element 88

(layer above white background)

Using magic wand, click on outter area of masked element

return back to paper 6 layer 

and press delete. Deselect.

Add element 113, C/P to upper portion of tag

Open element 31, resize 50%

C/P to upper left quadrant of tag

Using plugin Xenoflex - Constellation

add this effect using the small star setting

with keep original image checked 

Adjust, brightness/contrast - Levels, setting 0/87/223

Note: Use this brightness setting to lighten any of the elements you add later

duplicate, mirror & flip

Open element 18, resize 50%

C/P , duplicate & mirror

Open element 46, resize 110% C/P

Add element 83 resize 80% C/P

Adjust brightness/contrast - clarity setting 127/127

Adjust Blur - guassian blur 5

Add noise, guassian monochrome 33%

Open element 30 - resize 75% C/P to right upper part of tag

Adjust brightness/contrast Levels setting 0/87/223

Duplicate, mirror

Open element 27 - 75%

C/P and rotate to left 15 degrees

Select all, float, defloat

Add a new raster layer, flood fill with color #ffefe7

change blend mode to soft light 

duplicate this soft color layer

& bluer guassian blur 3

Open main tube - resize 45% C/P

arrange middle of frame

Using selection tool, freehand selection, feather 25, smoothing 0

draw a selection around the bottom of her dress

still keeping intact the tail portion of the horse

press delete & deselect

Rotate main tube 3 degrees to left

sharpen using Adjust Sharpen - unsharp mask - setting 1.00/55/5

luminance checked. click ok.

**Use this setting to sharpen any element that has been rotated**

Decorate your tag, centering around the tube & frame

Open element 30 - resized 30%

C/P flip & mirror

Use this minature tree as the base for building your floral cluster

located to the right of your tube

Add elements of choice, duplicate some leaves, some flowers

& ornaments using light D/S 1/1/35/5 blur colour #2a0f08

I added the following elements in random order throughout the tag:

43 - 25%

7 - 30%

8 - 75%, mirror

10 - 35%

87 - 55%

24 - 30%

108 - 35%

47 - 75%

18 - 70 to 75%, mirror

115 - approx 50%, duplicate

112 - 50%

6 - 25%, duplicate twice, resize each

see reference tag for placement

use pick tool (deformation tool) 

to rotate some of the elements

when making your cluster

I used the feathers & element 47 listed above

to cover the base of the main tube

Hint: to check for stray pixels from any of the above layers,

add a new raster layer above the white background layer

flood fill black. Use eraser tool to erase any extra pixels

eg. element 88

Delete black layer

Close or delete the white background layer. 

If you wish to resize, do so now.

Add copyright, license & url of image

Add name

merge visible, crop 'merged opaque'

& save as a PNG
